Cookie policy
Last updated 25 October 2026
This policy explains the cookies Flexrop uses and how you can manage them.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember things between pages and visits, such as that you're signed in.
2. The categories we use
Flexrop only uses strictly necessary cookies: without them you couldn't sign in or connect your social accounts. We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so we don't ask for cookie consent. If we ever add optional cookies, we'll ask before setting them and update this policy.
3. Cookies we set
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| auth_token | Keeps you signed in | Strictly necessary | 7 days |
| oauth_state | Protects a social account connection from cross-site forgery | Strictly necessary | 10 minutes |
| oauth_token_secret | Completes an X (Twitter) connection | Strictly necessary | 10 minutes |
| oauth_user_id | Links an X (Twitter) connection to your account | Strictly necessary | 10 minutes |
| oauth_code_verifier | Secures a connection that uses PKCE | Strictly necessary | 10 minutes |
All of them are set by Flexrop itself, sent only over HTTPS, and can't be read by scripts on the page.
4. Managing your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you won't be able to sign in or connect social accounts.
5. Third-party cookies
Flexrop doesn't place third-party cookies. When you connect a social account you sign in on that network's own site (for example Facebook or LinkedIn), where its cookie policy applies.
6. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the “Last updated” date above. See also our privacy policy.
