Terms of service

1. The service

Flexrop lets you connect social media accounts, write and schedule posts (including versions customized for each network), and publish them to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X and Bluesky. Features may change as we improve Flexrop or as the networks change what their APIs allow.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details.
• Keep your password secure, and tell us about any unauthorized access you suspect.
• You're responsible for activity in your account.

3. Connected accounts and the networks' rules

Only connect social accounts and Pages you own or are authorized to manage. Posts published through Flexrop must follow the terms and community rules of each network. The networks can change or limit their APIs, reject posts or suspend accounts; we can't control that and aren't responsible for it.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Flexrop to:

• Post spam, run fake engagement or impersonate others.
• Publish illegal, harmful, harassing or infringing content.
• Break into, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits or security.
• Resell or provide Flexrop to others without our permission.

5. Your content

You own the posts, images and videos you create. You give us permission to store, process and send that content to the networks you choose, only to provide Flexrop. You're responsible for having the rights to everything you post and for what you publish.

6. Availability and scheduling

We work to keep Flexrop available and to publish every post on time, but we don't guarantee either. Networks can be unavailable, revoke access or reject content; when a post fails, Flexrop shows the reason so you can fix and retry it. Don't rely on Flexrop for posts where a missed or late publish would cause serious harm.

7. Intellectual property

PILOTLAB LLC owns Flexrop, including its software, design and brand. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under these terms.

8. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Flexrop and delete your account at any time from Settings (see data deletion). We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse, or when the law requires it, and we may end the service with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Flexrop is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to cover PILOTLAB LLC's losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of Flexrop, the content you publish, or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the “Last updated” date above and tell you about material changes by email or in the app. Continuing to use Flexrop after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, USA. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where the law gives you the right to go to court.
