Data deletion

Last updated 25 October 2026

You can delete your data from Flexrop yourself at any time. This page explains each option and what it removes.

Delete your whole account

  1. Log in and open Settings.
  2. Under Delete account, choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, every connected social account and its access credentials, your scheduled, draft and published post history, publishing logs, and the images and videos you uploaded. Posts that were already published stay on each network; delete them there if you want them gone.

Disconnect one social account

In Flexrop, open Channels, then choose Disconnect on the account. Its access credentials are deleted and its scheduled posts won't be sent to it. Your Flexrop account and your other channels stay.

Remove Flexrop from a network

You can also revoke Flexrop's access from the network itself. When Threads tells us you've removed the app or asked for deletion, we delete that connection automatically and give you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, then remove Flexrop.
  • Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, then remove Flexrop.
  • Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions, then remove Flexrop.
  • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services, then remove Flexrop.
  • X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps, then revoke Flexrop.
  • Bluesky: Settings → Privacy and security → App passwords, then delete the app password you created for Flexrop.

Menu names change from time to time; look for the network's connected apps or permissions settings.

Ask us to delete it

If you can't log in, email support@flexrop.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm within 30 days.
